And by the way, should you ever decide to let your rustic upbringing flop out, just let it flop. People are too easily impressed. Shock 'em a bit. Roast a possum or something. You do roast them, right? I think about ten years ago I had roasted possum. I was on a southern expedition and had the time of my life. (Maybe it was baked. Now that I think of it, it was baked.) I had sweet potatoes with it also. Not bad at all...
