I doubt Greenspan is somehow missing something as you imply and many believe. I believe he is a total wonk who is extremely in touch with the economy and is brilliant enough to assemble his perceptions and perform his job with tremendous proficiency and precision.

But he's also a bit of a stick in the mud. Given the recent stock market euphoria, he's still the right guy for the job.

It's all opinion, but that's mine.

And here we are 10 years later and look at what has happened...stunning.

OT on Florida not a hotbed of high tech activity. I would stick with metro Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville. Lake Mary one of the best..you will find areas comparable in the other metros.. New Tampa (unincorporated north county) and Orange Park (SW Jax) i believe are comparable
