Hi akmike - I am no accoutant, but I thought it is b/c the asset is written down and therefore cannot be part of the asset base against which the company can use [as collateral]

It seems logical to me, but I don't quite understand how loan operation at the bank works

best, Bosco

>>Does anyone else think it strange that we have not received a status report on the litigation? What about a report on the board's investigation of the accounting irregularities? Were illegal acts committed? What has happened to the SEC investigation? Will the owners of the company ever receive answers to these questions? I wouldn't hold my breath! <<

I suspect that there is a lot going on behind the scenes that management wished was not going on. And, smart money, says it ain't positive.
