You are giving the FED more credit than they deserve. If you think they are on hold because Bush may enact a tax cut your looking out way to far. After tax revenues drop off the earth next year I doubt a tax cut will fly easily. What we do need is to clean up some deficit spending.
All this collapse is coming under Clintons watch. Until Jan 20th.
