T-bill yields PLUNGED today signalling a probable rate cut before the next FOMC meeting. So a quick rate cut already is expected. We will undoubtedly rally on that cut, but the rally probably will fail. Bear markets typically continue well past the first Fed rate cut. The failure of that rally will set us up for the final downside cleanout and a REAL bottom.
