Hi Eric & Alan, Happy Holidays to you, all of my other friends on thread & the thread regulars! I'm cruising the net while on XMAS Holiday here in K.C., wow is it cold... thankfully my sister has installed RoadRunner cable modem service!

You guys probably already know this -- when a Board authorizes a share repurchase, often they have already instructed the I.B.'s to "work" the purchase of at least a portion of the allocated shares... so, I wouldn't be surprised if some (a lot?) of the buying in TSCM wasn't their re-purchase being executed immediately, that wouldn't be unusual. Especially if they're trying to take it (part-way) private in advance of some planned or hoped-for business maneuver, they would probably want to act ASAP. e.g., I was a Board Member of NPIX up until early this year, we executed one of these and were heavy buyers within hours of it hitting the wire -- all perfectly legit & standard practice.

Good trading in 01', & best wishes for the Holidays.

Steve
