the model the fed uses for valuing stocks shows that stocks are less than 10% overvalued now after peaking at 75% overvalued.

Please enlighten me.

***I*** use GDP vs. total market cap. I figure this takes into account everything, all industries, etc.

According to my value model, as a total market, we are still higher than the US in 1929 or Japan in 1989.

I don't know what you're refering to, but if Greenspan saw "irrational exuberance" at Naz 1000 I find it hard to believe the fed feals things are almost back to normal.

[of course I feel the Naz bottoms at 500-700 so I may be a little biased. -ggg-]
