I take it you have never worked a job where you serve the public? 8)

IF they feel they have been mistreated, it becomes a mission. Those that understand this and head it off quickly have wonderful customer loyalty and become great companies like HWP.... Others that don't ...need call screeners.

I used to sell paint at Montgomery Wards in High School (when they competed with Sears Hardware) and it is amazing what a free can of paint and a kind word can do to save you hours of headaches later on...

Richard, I'm furious at how badly and how disrespectfully I was treated by this entire process. AGAIN. I'm not down on his long term model I like his long term model that's why I'm so heavily invested. Please understand that.

His lack of skill and finesse at dealing with subscribers and the pure rudeness of his actions this morning...that is what has me so infuriated. Please understand the difference.

I paid for the newsletter so I expect to get the newsletter. I have customers also. Believe me, if they pay for something they expect to get it and they do!

That is business 101 and he's supposed to be a businessman. I want the newsletter (obviously because I paid for it) and I don't accept anyone telling me this rudely that I can no longer have what I've already paid for.

I think this is very clear. Separate the newsletter from the actions this morning. Also, lots of others feel the same way they're just not as furious as I am. Genetics you know, I was born banging a drum.

Finally, I DO want to know when to get out of this trade. I DO want to know how this trade has changed. I DO want to know the longterm outlook. FOR goodness sake. Until this morning,I was very, very supportive. That's what's so infuriating.

You take a supporter and then you rudely dismiss them. Then your people yell, hang up on and threaten them. This is right in your book?

why are you so desperate to have his newsletter?

He already said why.

"and I'm going to get what I paid for!"
