Yes, but the foreigners that have placed their capital in the US will run if the US $ takes a beating, which it is starting to do.

If the president that we elected was assuming power, it might be better but we got the candidate, whose family bought him the job. The world knows this, so the influence of foreigners will make the situation much worse.
