His recommendation for conservative investors was NOT a "really high" percentage. 20%-30% of 65% works out to 13%-19.5%. That's not that much different from the technology sector as a percentage of the total market.

Okay but what do you want him to do? I am sure he isn't happy about it, he made it in private, he probably wants to keep it private too, thus all the deleting. As for your being booted, have you e-mailed jr to try to get more clarification? Ask why? then take them to small claims court if you don't get your $ back.
