Sold 3/4 of my Virata at 12 5/8, and bought Interwoven at 58 1/2.

I'm buying into Montgomery's concerns about Virata's credibility, but not completely. I think there's some emotionalism there, and the company is profitable with almost $9 a share in cash.

A lot of foreign investors pulled the ripcord on their tech stock investments when the dollar fell after the Fed announcement. That will continue as the rate cuts accelerate and the dollar continues to tumble (and will spread to financials and bonds to some degree as well)....
