Ditch, if Marty were reading the threads, and some issue were dominating the discussion, and Marty called Gordon to suggest that such-and-such be done about it, and Gordon were to reply "Oh, we'll get right on it", is the SEC so caught up on its work that they have the time and manpower to investigate such a "horrible scam"?
