Ditch, for years people have called the company trying to get confirmation or denial of some rumor or another form of information. Dozens and dozens of times, TIGI management has either said, "No comment" or that they are unable to respond, or their legal counsel advises against such response. If the company has stepped over the line in the midst of these constant appeals to "advice of legal counsel", then I would expect the SEC would take action based on the law, their resources, and their alternative priorities. IF and when that action is taken, I will look to an official notice from the company and the SEC for up-to-date information. I do not expect such information to come from the participants of this thread. Or does the SEC "leak" details of their intended targets of investigation to bashers? Until then, do you believe that anonymous posters who park on these threads hammering home statements about a reverse split when management has clearly and explicitly denied any plans for a reverse split, do you think the SEC is concerned about their attempts to manipulate the stock?
