If that statement is true then why is it that some kid named Tokyo ??? gets charged with manipulation for similar practices while the likes of Cramer remain untouched?

Would you then agree that he uses the influence of his opinion to sway investors in one way or another (also known as manipulate prices) and as such the opinion that he expresses on a company is self-serving and may not be necessarily correct?

No one analyst or industry wag can manipulate prices by his or her self. As for being self-serving, if the shoe fits, wear it.
