Investors must have all flocked to their analysts last night because they seem to have forgotten the panic they felt when Bush and Cheney pointed out the obvious to them this week.

Does anyone know why certain peoples notes show up as "ignored" when I haven't ignored anyone?

I explicitly remember Cheney using the dreaded R word a couple of times in an interview.

GV-

You are right, he did.
W said he was going to "have to deal with the situation he inherited." The Bush luck holds. The old man's recession was coming to an end at the time he left office, W's is starting just as he is coming in.
No one cares. If you are in office during a recession, you take the blame. If times are good, you get bragging rights. Clinton had about as much to do with the 8 years of prosperity as I did.
