Jeff, it is strange how people ignore the selling ( in size) of insiders. These guys have already sold more than enough to be super rich for life living off t-bill interest yet they continue to sell. Who knows the future prospects for MSFT better than Paul Allen and Bill Gates? Remember these guys take a huge hit on taxes so I would argue that they see the stock as overvalued and bound to fall substantially at some point. Obviously, they feel there are better investments than MSFT otherwise they would hold and avoid the TAXES. mike
