why those 14,000 suckers....are the only stakeholders entitled to file a lawsuit against the management of LHSP?

Because they are the owners of the company. Management only serves at their whim and must be held responsible for negligence and/or fraud when proven.

<i<thousands of young engineers, software geeks, language specialists, marketing graduates, etc. were shamelessly tossed aside

1.) Unless they are shareholders, or owners of the company, they have only the rights they agreed upon in their employment contracts.

2.) If what this company was selling was fraudulent vaporware, I hardly can believe those "young engineers, software geeks, language specialists, marketing graduates, etc." were unaware of the fact that they were selling BS.

Thus, why can't shareholders, or the customers themselves, sue the employees who covered up this fraud?

But in sum, if those employees are so damn good, they will find a job.. especially if their racial lines are intact, right?

Regards,

Ron
