"What a complete idiot Bush is."

Nichols- Well if you, and the press, paint Bush out to be as stupid as Reagan has been painted, you won't find me complaining. Must mean we are in for some very effective decision making. -MikeM(From Florida)

It's a good strategy to go around the enemy ( Big Media ) and go right to the American people with his case. Best to craft his message carefully so the story is the message not the delivery.

Just keep W on script and not permit him to answer questions from the press.

So true. It's like Cheney has his hand up Dubya's back and but hasn't been throwing his voice -- because Dubya still comes across as a mental midget.

I hear he's better in informal settings. Must be stage fright, I guess. We can only hope.
