Skeeter, that link says nothing more than productivity advanced derived from technology must be properly strategized toward streamlining the entire system and making it operate more efficiently. He merely states that many companies have done very poorly in thinking out how they will utilize their IT investments to increase their bottom line. But he cites DELL as being one of those companies which was able to properly utilize IT and technology to give it operations a leg-up on competitors. And there is NO DOUBT that DELL, despite their recent problems with slowing demand, HAVE built such a successful company. Btw, MANU just beat estimates and is projecting 50%+ growth as more customers use their solutions to increase efficiency. biz.yahoo.com Regards, Ron
