Watched James Cramer on CNBC yesterday afternoon and had to agree with him that shorting (as of yesterday) was playing with fire. He doesn't have a single short. For him that's a pretty strong statement of how oversold we are here.

We may not get a retest of the bottom this month. Tax loss selling is just about out of time. Facing a Fed cut next month the spring is wound the tightest that I've ever seen.

Today's move in the markets is to be expected but what I'm really looking for is what happens in the last hour.

For example, applying trough valuation to Cisco Systems (CSCO, news, msgs), which shows a peak valuation multiple of 153 and a trough of 27 over the past decade, will result in nonsense rather than guidance<\i>

That's funny....I guess a trough of 27 multiple on csco would be nonsense...lol...

We will see about that...give it a year or so...
