Jay, am on Boston2 and have no T&S or graphs. With QCharts closed down, I edit the continuum file to the following first block below, then save it. Then restart QCharts and it still goes to Boston2. I shut down QCharts, check the continuum file and it looks like the second example below (lots of Boston2). Sometimes the changes do "stick", but even if I delete all Boston2 lines, I still get only Boston2. Ctrl-Alt-N does nothing. I need boston for the options. ??????????????

Have finally gotten onto Boston3. No updates on OPRA:GUHCH calls for 8 minutes now. Just got disconnected from Boston3 and put onto Snyvale7.

Thanks for responding. No doubt you're probably the best employee there, but you know that company you work for is another story. Can you imagine Ford customer service having to say gee, we know what a pain it is that your car doesn't start some of the time but our engineers are working on it. In the mean time you know those 12 keys you got with the car? Well, this is a key by key problem so just try them all everyday until you find one that works.

INDEX:ECY has a bad low for 12/13/2000 -- I think the decimal moved, instead of being 0.8720, it is 0.08720 -- really screws up the daily chart.

I have received nothing but "Logon failed: user account not found" for many hours now. No matter what I do. No matter how I configure the continuum.ini file. No matter what server farm I target. It does not work. Period.

This has effectively destroyed my holidays, since I am unable to do the work I normally do for people at this time.

I will now find myself doing this work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day because of your inability to supply customers with a product that functions NORMALLY!

What is the MATTER with your organization? I was the first ... the very first ... paying customer QCharts ever had. I have probably personally accounted for between 150 and 200 people subscribing to your service.

What the HELL is going on. How can any company treat people so poorly, with such disregard, at this time of year? It is unbelievable.

I do not know what to say to my family, my loved ones whom I had planned to spend time with this Christmas ... I do not know what to do about this.

To say I am devastated would be an understatement. Someone in your organization should be deeply ashamed of themselves.

Merry Christmas. Happy New Year. Where do I send the lump of coal stuck in my throat?
