Ed, With what's happened to QLT and the markets in general this year, who isn't concerned? <g> Nevertheless, the fundamental story for QLT remains intact. It's the only treatment in town for a disease which would otherwise lead to blindness in half the people over age 50. If you need the money within 6 months, it should never have been in the market, let alone an emerging biotech. I still believe that QLT will take out its old high by a very wide margin in less than 2 years. The only time I'm concerned about a company's stock price is when I want to sell. At other times, it's merely a fleeting statistic. Ian
