<Would you care to back up that ridiculous statement with some facts? Or even one fact?>

Looking back, you are correct. Most of the pumping has not been done by SNDK, rather by analysts. Not being in SNDK full-time, I confused the two since SNDK is on my home page. I apologize.

Still, the trading today is a bit disconcerting to say the least. I'm not in for much (currently I'm not in ANTHING for much) but I was hoping for a much stronger day today from SNDK. Perhaps for once they should make a statement, these are not 'normal' times.

Regards,

Dave

Tomble - Actually Eli does say things and in my experience they are always very very conservative things. Only once did he say anything bullish and that was a couple of months ago when he said they were riding a volcano or words almost the same.

This stock however has never had much support despite its recent performance. It has always fallen over in the least draft. The ML downgrade didn't look very informed to me. It didn't seem to take much account of any of the really positive aspects of the company.

Still once a rout has started its notoriously difficult to stop it never mind reverse it. There have been too many examples of stocks becoming worthless in a few trading days and the risk/reward ratio puts the buying risk at the ludicrous level with almost no rationale to support a buy in this atmosphere. ML should be asked to demonstrate their conclusions to the SEC. I don't believe in conspiracy theories but a mistake might have happened.

I mean this thread does quite a bit of in depth dd and so far as I know no-one, and there are some here who can be quite independently critical from time to time, has remotely suggested a plausible problem with the business that would justify a collapse of the stock price such as we have just seen.

Indeed all the dd in the last few weeks here points to SNDK doing rather well, in fact very well. The most recent press release offers even more opportunity.

Q1 is usually quite strong as well as people who got d-camers for presents go out and buy more CF or this year more CF, and MMCs!

During 01 we are going to see the first mass introduction of wireless PDAs and a consequent additional market for CF/MMCs.

So one of us is wrong here...either us or ML. We don't have long to find out.

Best regards,

L
