Reverse split does not prevent their stock price to lower to the same level as now or even lower. The foolishness of people not knowing the market at Stonington Partners is obvious now. Stonington should know that January effect is more effective on the old stock than the reverse splitted stock. Reverse splitted stock will remove all the oversold stock and remove the January effect.

MSEL financial planning looks ok but the burn rate is also obviously not going to be saved by operating profits. The lack of marketing talents at MSEL to run the company, spells doom. And the stock price is revelation of the market perception of MSEL's present management.
