The first winners are ideological conservatives who stand to maintain their dominance on the Supreme Court -- and all that it implies -- including the ability to anoint presidents. The second unlikely winner is ... the Democratic Party. the ideological conservatives (i.e. the right wing ?) only if WE THE PEOPLE let them get away with it. the Democrats. only if they act intelligently and avoid becoming like their enemies, the radical right. winning is all important but keeping the top spot is even harder to achieve.
