I was thinking flag burning is in order. A burning Bush (heheh) effigy would be more fun

I'm a very long time removed from demonstrations. A flag burning never occurred to me. A burning Bush is more clever, but, If I may be allowed to dissent <g>, I think a flag burning would be much more fun and more on point. It's appropriate to the sorry events that provoked the demonstration and it would really push their buttons.

As for the technicalities of burning nylon, I'm sorely unqualified to comment.
