PM, So you don't feel alone... I have been there so many times I am embarrassed to say... that is why I only trade options with "pin money" and keep my grub stake (read that retirement fund) in interest bearing cash equivalents! And that has been for over a year and 1/2! I won't go back into equities until the SCY reaches 1.5 which, unless DOW plunges to 7,900, is a far piece off, as they say! Thanks for your candid post - but PLEASE do your own homework... I am as fallible (sp?) as the next guy... probably more so!!! Bill
