well... i think that a slow accumulation using options to gain the premium (i.e. selling puts) would be the way to increase positions starting any time now, with due cautious diligence (who knows when the real bottom is)... but once the baby boomers decide to sell.... I would like to be short at that time... as for Mr. & Mrs. Market... well, all right.... ;)
