For the last 2 weeks the same rumor was floating with SUNW. Few days ago executive from SUNW said they can not keep with demand and this is were rumor started. The same story, different company. Last wees Lucent went from 14 to 21 on comments from ML that Lucent may be bought. Traders pointed to Alcatel or Nokia. Well, this week Lucent took 1 billion charge and said will miss again.Someone wanted to get out of Lucent like someone want to buy JDSU or SDLI. Inventory build up has occur in PC sector not telecom. ADI, PMCS, AMCC, JDSU all ahve huge demand. Even contract manufactures are saying that slowdown in PC sector is offset by telecom. ZO
