Where do you see bad execution at SNRS? My view is that they are selling the Hyperions roughly at capacity, they put a leasing partner for the doctors in place, and they did not give exaggerated forward guidance in any way. The actually stayed mute about forward expectations in general. What I can see that you have a neurotic relationship with Paul Klemencic, which actually tells more about you than it tells about Paul. And that you are kicking people who lost money with their investment does not put you in good light either. I am sure you had your share of losses as well in this market. Michael
