RE CNBC on Thursday: Good contrarian indicator. Agree. Probably can't go too wrong with a lump sum into SPY or even VTSMX these days at 15% or so off the high. I head them say on TV that the Bull/Bear would probably be TONS lower next week. Silly me... I bought a stock and it went up 10% the next day.
