Re: Intel has a 0.13 micron copper process nearly ready to go into production. We'll see. Intel's .18 was "in production" in March of 1999 but those products were basically invisible until December of that year. Copper, .13, and low-K all at once from a company with no production experience with copper. The move to .18 was a simple shrink. Maybe being cornered will motivate Intel to perform a little better this time. But this time the task is 3 times as difficult. Dan
