CF We should take no pleasure at the pain being suffered by LEXR. It has been a long struggle and has led to an awful lot of wasted time and effort.

I have no idea why the LEXR people thought there was a commercial opportunity to go head to head with their former employer but it happened and the future for LEXR looks decidedly bleak.

I think the time has come to find a way out for LEXR since any continuation of this is clearly not in anyones interest except maybe the analysts.

Best regards,

L

Re: LEXR cc

I have to agree with Limtex with regard to Lexar and the CF struggle that has been ongoing for the last few years. I believe that the “Lexar Papers”{conference call}, signals a change in attitude of CF and competitors worldwide. It would appear that Lexar Media and company is going to be a formidable ally/competitor in the world of CF, storage type media.

Sony will no doubt continue their alliance with LEXR to continue in the game. They have based an entire marketing campaign around the Memory Stick, VAIO puters, Cameras and their small MP3 players. Lexar has a very nice advertising program running in magazines and papers. IMHO, it’s time for “The Powers That BE” to bury the hatchet and concentrate on the matters at hand. That of providing storage to the masses. MMC and CF (memory stick) is and will continue to be a technical powerhouse. Any new patents will only benefit the entire industry. Compettion is a must and benefit for the consumer.

So, Craig, FWHIW, I,too am a LEXR shareholder. Move over and let me try some of those fries……
