No they don't go up that much.<g>

That is true, if the economy continues to go south, sooner or later so will home values. As business continues to lay off people, if this downturn continues long enough home values will follow.. At the present time mortgage interest rates remain low which helps resells. By the way Bruce if you owned a home any length of time in the bay area you probably don’t need to invest anymore.<g>
