re. Fred Leslie: I emphasize that I do not know if the public records appearing below, for a Fred L. Leslie in the Middle District of Florida, pertain to the same Fred Leslie who is a director of Seaview. There are two cases for a Fred L. Leslie in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, which includes the Tampa area. One is a 1989 Civil Case, the other is a 2000 Criminal case. The most recent docket entry in the latter case indicates that sentencing was to take place on Dec. 15, 2000. The civil case identifes Leslie as being an D.O., which I suppose means Doctor of Osteopathy. Both cases are titled "USA vs. Leslie".
