I did not catch SMOP, but I landed ROIL several times in the low 8's. May you have a Merry Christmas and a profitable New Year. For all the good posts, I say the board should at least pony up and pay your electric bill next summer. Thanks again. Dadum, good article! It started me looking for some oil service dogs (that I don't already own) that might benefit in 2001-2002. Does anyone have any comments on Natco(NTG), a very small cap oil service company. Very low debt, off recent 52wk low, and large insider buying recently. $7/share appears to be a good entry price. The are growing and making about 17 cents a quarter with 2001 earnings projected at 75 cents. Also does anyone have an opinion or information on RES? They are spinning off their Chapparal boat building business thus just leaving the oil service sector. I have not been able to find any discussion on the value of the spinoff shares or the value of the remaining RES shares. Volume is very low, but the stock warrants a look. Lastly, OSCA (+13%Friday), a recent IPO mainly in offshore completion services. Anyone with any history on this one? Currently, making money, close to a 52wk high, but growing with increasing margins. Thanks to all for continued good reading, and oh yeah thanks Roebear for the good call on CRK back at $5, it hasn/t caught up to my XTO or PXD, but give it time. $20 still a possibity. hdr
