Fidelity: And most of the time, they don't get back to where you were, and requires to go through the whole sequence again by which time, its too late to trade. The price may have gone up to down too much.

Jill,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Been too busy over the weekend with Christmas stuff. Once you have signed on with FOX, if you are inactive for a minute or two it will wutomatically time out. You just click on the telephone or go up to the connection window and sign back on. I generally just keep the trade window open, type in my trade and when I send the order the program will sign onto my account. Usually it only takes a couple of seconds. On occasion, things lock up and it doesn't sign on immediately...then you have to shut down the program and restart, then sign on again. Usually, that is that, but then there are also times when everything doesn't always work out exactly right. 99% of the time though, it is FAR better than dealing with the web site.
