Right now I'm neutral. I believe SUNW is valued at the correct level, given future expectations of growth, future fear of recession, and the current interest rate level.

Indeed, it always has been, including when it rose above $120 for the first time earlier this year. Just now expectations about the macro economy are different.

While I expect sideways movement in the NAZ for the next six months, I fully expect SUNW to move up, and have placed my options trades appropriately.

P.

I believe that December price movement was irrational and swung far to the low end. I predict that by the end of wash rule time (end of January 2001) we will be back to levels where we started December i.e. SUNW at about $43-45. Then I think it will really depend on January 18th earnings report for December quarter and guidance. The future movement doesn't care as much on absolute increases but relative ground gained against the competition (IBM, HWP, MSFT)
