Very good news....it looks like the SL45 is now on sale. I found the following on the Siemen's website. Hopefully, someone reads German and can confirm that it is available for order. communicationmarket.icm.siemens.de The price of 1499DM translates to $700. For comparision, the S35I sells for 750DM ($350) on Siemens site....but only 99DM (~$50) on the Deutche Telecom website. I dont think that the SL45 will be as heavily subsidized but I think it will probably sell in the sub-$500 category. Each SL45 will come equipped with a 32MB MMC.... biz.yahoo.com If this phone sells anywhere near $300, all worries about overcapacity can be thrown out the window. Slacker
