Nasdaq Market Surveillance has already looked at the trading in GUMM, particularly on the day the stock dropped from 9 to 6. And both Anthony and Worthington were already on the SEC's radar screen for various reasons. Putting two and two together, I'd be surprised if either of them tried to manipulate GUMM any more than it's already been manipulated (and I'm not accusing them personally). They may be arrogant but they're not stupid and they can read the press releases as well as the longs can. When P&G kicks off their ad campaign, or when CSFB initiates coverage, these guys will be long gone and the fundamentals will begin to speak for themselves.

Dan, I agree with Mike that we should avoid the personal crap. Why not just use the "ignore" feature for whoever pisses you off, like I'm doing with Floyd and Hank? The thread really zips by when you don't have to read the garbage.
