While your at it; could you also suggest to the developers that they add a circling & arrow feature, whereby a user can circle peaks and valleys and the like for charting purposes, and/or being able to place a bolded arrow at certain points etc... For the record -- I've had one weekend after another with delayed logins and or a complete inability to login here out of Boston/Cape Cod. This is getting out of hand and making this service hardly worth the price. -JH

Paul: I still have no access to QCharts. No matter which ISP I use, no matter which Farm I access, no matter which server I access in those farms, no matter which connection I use (cable or 56K phone lines) ... nada ... logon fails and user not found ... Paul, I know you are trying your best, but this is one member ... the very first to ever sign on ... who has, literally, had his holiday ruined by the Lycos' inability to deliver a product that works. It was bad enough last week when they belatedly dropped 12/25 from the charts ... changing every chart on which I had worked ... at least I HAD charts. Now I have nothing. This has hurt my family, and my business. It is devastating. Devastating. Merry Christmas, Lycos. Temple Williams
