John, Gordon is out 100% and possibly exposed for retribution. His seeking of support should be a long, tedious, and unrewarding undertaking. The cleansing process has disposed of most of his prior stuff and is ongoing. Unfortunately the renegade shares just have to be worked through, but they are now finite and shrinking as they are sold or converted to a longer stance. Be thankful Scott Roix didn't discover the truth until he had developed a sense of responsibility for the company and to the shareholders. He understood how the parts could come together and develop something much larger and faster than separately. Also be thankful he is as forceful a personality as he is. This was the contact and contract that saved this company, imo. Rich's many personalities developed and used by him and his buddies linger though quiet on RB for the moment. Be sure he will continue to seek recognition and berate any and all at his whim. A few of us will be primary targets. There is a new game in the home office. It appears to be working diligently for us. They want to prove themselves to us through communication and action and it sounds like they will be. Here's hoping what we are hearing and seeing is true. Affinity's audit should set many minds at ease. The 4Q should be interesting. Bob
