Hi Jay in Winnipeg it was a mess they built a whole new development hoping to improve the life style it didn't work it was a slum in no time. Somehow you have to separate the whole group and put them in with regular society or something because to my knowledge nothing has worked. Funny as child i spent summers very North in Man. There as a child the best smoked white fish in the world my mind could of be bought from the native Indians. Something has gone very wrong as there was productivity before and nice people too. The aborigines in the city did not resemble those of the Northern parts of the province they were a rowdy lot.
