Mike, that quote of a break of 5.72 was from Mid August on
this thread! we've recently gotten down to 5.0 or a 72
basis point rally which was several "big-figures" on the
10 year note contract.

In that post I was highlighting that The Market Lab had
pretty much gotten the big picture right on Bonds and notes
this year.

I was a few months two early looking for the bottoming
in the Euro dollar and the AUD, so it's not like all of
the ideas work out immediately ( or at all) The Yen also
took longer to break down than I though it would
in the summer.

on the other hand the call for Natural Gas prices to rise
and break above 4.60 (the old all time high) and
move much higher was the market idea that had the biggest
money making potential of 2000.

The Grain Markets may make us some money on the long side
next year, but it's still early in that game.
