You following a little insider trading reports? Someone I know who makes a lot of coin always says to buy when the insiders buy and sell when they sell. Too bad it sometimes takes months to get there reports... often after they are already out they report having bought. It would be better if the rules of reporting also included a little promptness. If you have noticed RT buying Southern Rio it may not be a bad idea to copy him.
