Good work Wade for pointing out Cramer's dishonesty. Most investors take everything at face value. We are too lazy to go back and do our own homework.

Cramer is like a Psychic who predicts the PAST, with a flock of followers awed by his amazing accuracy.

Re Cramer's dishonesty

You might just be right on this. The differences are pretty clear.

Still, I do think what he was refering to was that in July/Aug he was urging people to take profits and get off margin. He wanted people to lighten up on the semis and other high flying tech, not necessarily bail out completely, although, "bail out" was certainly the way he seems to describe it on Dec15. Anayway, he did take a lot of heat for that but those who did take profits know he was right. Maybe he slipped up in this quote, maybe he didn't and his baldness is affecting his memory. :0)

What really amazes me though is the lengths people go to try and discredit the guy. I'd say he's more for the small investor and helping educate the little guy than the vast majority of contributors out there.
