I have no answer for you that you'd accept. If he were positive on the stock you'd have no problem with him. Since he's negative (and so far right) then he must be in a conspiracy. This is exactly what I said about these threads earlier. Do you believe that he's manipulated the stock all the way down from the 90-100 range where he openly went sour on it?

Re defamamtion.... You know, I recall that Cramer's said a few times that he's so sick of all the bogus claims people make re him front running and manipulating that he's now going to vigorously persue and legally challange the liars, that he's got the time & money to do it. Maybe he's just tired enough to do it. He's going to have some extra time on his hands now that he's retiring from his fund so who knows. He's got his law degree and knows how the system works too. That would be interesting..... Maybe you should recant while you still can???
