Doug-
You wrote " we are at 100% production rates now in Western Canada."

More precisely, please, what does '100% production rate' mean in the context of your informative post?

My recent research confirms what you are saying about Western Alberta. The region's production is maxed out, and will be for quite some time. Seems a lot of the NG is turning out to be harder to access than initially thought, and they have a severe worker shortage. I have a few unhedged plays there, and am looking forward to earnings.

Front and center in todays Oregonian:http://www.oregonlive.com/news/oregonian/index.ssf?/news/oregonian/00/12/fn_12power24.frame

The story is pretty long so I just posted the link. What it appears from my reading it is that come Jan/Feb we are expecting some "juice" from California and it doesn't appear they are going to be able to supply us. Hope the weather stays mild.

Merry Christmas and thanks for all your insights.

Doug- thanks for the post. Very informative for us new comers.

Will the new Alliance pipeline impact the Transcanada pipeline, in your opinion?

Curious about the new capacity impact on TRP, a stock I held at one time but currently have no position in.

TIA
