"As of today. No permit being reviewed...GPGI withdrew permit request. The office that reviews permits shipped their information to Non-compliance section.... Non-compliance checks over the input, if appropriate they send investigator out to the sight to check conditions of the ongoing operation. (Feeling I get is there is no operation going.) If my information is correct repeated calls to guy named Palmer have gone unanswered. Don't really know what role Jensen and Twiford are playing right now or even if they are at the site.. Bottom line; time for someone who cares to go to site and see exactly what is going on... Non-compliance means someone is operating contrary to mining laws set down by state.... It appears they had plenty of time to settle the permit issue using two consultants from an outfit called Santac (I think that's the name.) Since the withdrawal of the permit by GPGI it appears the operation has been swallowed up. In the past I have viewed many posts by strong GPGI investors, what happened to them? Doesn't anyone out there give a dam about the companies status? At least one of you longs should determine if I'm full of it or not...make a call, protect your investment.. " Wasn't that RB post Very Nice! (per yesterday) Maybe we can all email the SEC soon?? Jack gave jensin his money and left...? Why not at least email the SEC. Jensin kicked Jack in his butt and others who just left without taking action. I know some were confused..... I called jensin an asspwipe 2 years ago and nobody wanted to hear it. Is there anyone NOW willing to gather some steam to put on record with the SEC? Jensin wins if we don't. Who wants on board? Nay sayers and smoke screens will be what they are. Courage. Break through people! The SEC needs to know before you GO!
