More from Hahn:

Since we are expecting a trend change on Tuesday, December 26, it may be a reversal to the downside if
the indices start off stronger on Tuesday morning. The technical outlook did not change today! The DJIA
closed at 10635.60. Unwinding of spread activity between Nasdaq and the DJIA will eventually undercut
the old economy stocks. I don't think the DJIA can go much higher if there is genuine risk of an economic
slowdown. If there isn't going to be an economic slowdown, then there won't be interest rate relief. So, I
think the old economy stocks carry more risk than the NASDAQ stocks, which have gone through a
re-valuation. The old economy stocks are not safe here, regardless of Nasdaq volatility.
